Xodia Template License

Last updated 3 November 2026

Version 1. Build as many sites as you like from a Xodia template, for yourself or your clients. Just don't resell the template itself.

01

Who it's for

This license is for anyone with a Xodia account, on a free or paid plan, who starts a project from a template in the Xodia Marketplace. It is between you and Zuzo Studio LLC, which makes Xodia.

02

What you may do

  • Use a template for any number of your own sites and sites you build for clients, commercial or not.
  • Change anything: the design, the layout, the text, the pages and the code.
  • Keep the site's code. It is real code in your project's repo, so it stays yours if you leave Xodia, and you can host it anywhere.

03

What you may not do

  • Sell, give away or list the template itself, or a lightly changed copy of it, as a template, theme or starter, in any marketplace or on its own.
  • Claim you made the original design.

A finished site you build for yourself or a client is not a template, so it's fine to sell your work on it.

04

Photos

Each photo keeps its own free license, such as the Unsplash License or the Pexels License, and is credited with its photographer and source in CREDITS.md in your project. You don't need to credit the photos on your site. Don't sell the photos on their own.

05

Sample content

The businesses, people, names, prices, addresses and text in a template are made up. Replace them with your own before you publish. Nothing in a template means a real business endorses you or your site.

06

Fonts and icons

Fonts and icons come under their own open licenses, such as the SIL Open Font License for fonts and the ISC License for icons. Each is listed in your project.

07

No warranty

Templates are provided as is, without any warranty. Our terms of service apply to your use of Xodia and its templates.
