How to connect
Connect it with a read-only token
Xodia's connect sheet walks you through Cloudflare's token form, field by field.
- In Cloudflare, open Web Analytics and add your site. It's automatic if the site runs through Cloudflare; otherwise add the snippet Cloudflare gives you.
- Create a custom API token with two permissions: Account Analytics, Read and Account Settings, Read, for the account that has your site.
- In Xodia, open Connections, press Connect next to Cloudflare Web Analytics and paste the token.
- In your project's Insights tab, pick the Web Analytics site for your domain.

- The token can only read analytics and account settings; Xodia changes nothing on Cloudflare
- Insights shows daily totals, not visitors live on the site right now
- This is separate from the Cloudflare host connection, which reads Pages and Workers builds
- Your site needs Web Analytics turned on in Cloudflare first

Cloudflare Web Analytics questions
Is my site's hosting on Cloudflare required?
No. Web Analytics works for any site with Cloudflare's snippet. Sites that run through Cloudflare get it without one.
Where is the token kept?
Encrypted on Xodia's server. It's never shown again and never reaches your preview or your AI. Disconnecting stops updates and keeps your stored history.
Can I use other analytics too?
Yes. Insights also reads Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Web Analytics. That's 1 analytics source per project on Starter; 3 sources with period comparisons on Pro and Agency.
