About
Why we built Xodia
Xodia is the visual editor for real website code. Click to edit your Next.js, Astro or Vite site, or ask the AI you already use. Every change is clean code in your own git repo.
The problem
Three ways of making websites, each leaving someone out
Builders lock your site in
Website builders keep the site in their platform. Developers can't work on it with their normal tools, and moving away means rebuilding it.
Code shuts editors out
Code-first sites on Next.js or Astro are great for developers, but designers, marketers and clients can't change a heading without a ticket.
AI can't be pointed at
AI coding tools write code, but you can't see, point at or fine-tune what they made, and every small tweak costs another prompt.
What Xodia does about it
One editor for the code, the page and your AI
Xodia puts a visual editor on top of your real code, and gives your AI the tools and know-how to work in it.
Real code, your repo
Your site stays a normal project in your git. No export, no lock-in, and saves contain only your changes.
Visual editing on code
Click, type, drag and style. The editor writes clean Tailwind or CSS into your files.
Bring your own AI
Use Claude, Cursor, Codex or any MCP app. Xodia gives it the tools, the skills and the element you selected.
Safe by default
Nothing goes live until you save and publish, and every save is a restore point.
Ship and grow
SEO tests, analytics and host status in the same place you edit.
Built with itself
This website is a Xodia project: React Router and Tailwind, edited in Xodia like any other site.
Principles
Your code, your AI, your host
Three things we don't take from you, whatever we build next.
Your code
It lives in your repo and stays a normal project. If you stop using Xodia, there is nothing to export.
Your AI
Use the AI you already pay for, on your own login. Xodia never sees it.
Your host
Publishing merges into your live branch, and your host deploys it as it does today.
