Edit your site together, and see who changed what

Teammates on the same site and branch show up in the top bar, with a named outline on the element each one has selected. Site activity keeps every push, deploy and settings change, made by people and by their AI.

Free plan. No card needed.

Xodia with two teammates on the same branch: their faces in the top bar, Sam Lee's dashed outline marked editing on the heading you have selected, Ana Ruiz's outline on the paragraph, coloured dots in the Navigator, and the design panel's note that Sam Lee is editing this element.

Live team view

Starter and up

See who is on the page, and what they selected

Everyone working on the same branch sees each other while they edit, so two people don't change the same thing without knowing.

  • Faces in the top bar, dimmed when someone has been idle for a while, and a list of everyone with the page and screen size they are on
  • An outline in each person's colour with their name on the element they selected, dashed while they edit it
  • Dots in the Navigator on the rows others have selected
  • A note when someone is editing the element you picked. It warns, it never blocks you
  • Only people on the same branch show; each sees the preview in their own browser

The top bar with four teammates' faces, Lou Diaz dimmed as idle, and the People here list open: each person with the page and screen size they are on. On the page, Sam Lee and Kim Park both have the heading selected, their name tags side by side, and Ana Ruiz is editing the paragraph.

Follow

Click a face to go where they are

Following opens their page at their screen size, then selects and scrolls to the element they have selected. Handy for a quick review on a call.

Following a teammate: after a click on Sam Lee's face in the top bar, the canvas selects the heading Sam has selected, at the Tablet size Sam is using, with Sam's outline and name on it.

Comments and review

Every plan

Leave comments right on the page

Turn on Comment mode (press C) and click an element to leave a note on it, at the screen size you see. Mention a teammate, resolve the thread when it's done, or send it to your AI.

Xodia's canvas in Comment mode: numbered pins on the heading, the button and the photo, the first thread open with a question that mentions Maya and her reply, Resolve and Send to AI, and the Comments panel with the open threads.

Site activity

Every plan

Every change, with a name on it

Site activity in Site settings lists who changed what on every branch, newest first, and restores any push of the branch you have open.

  • Saves, restore points, restores, merges, new and deleted branches, deploys to your host, settings changes (variable names, never values), published CMS content and duplicates
  • Your AI's saves read "AI for" and your name, and a push that carries a teammate's edits says who it was pushed with
  • Commits pushed on GitHub outside Xodia show up too, when Activity opens
  • Filter by person, branch, people or AI, and the kind of change. The list works with the preview stopped
  • Free and Starter keep 30 days of activity; Pro and Agency keep all of it

Your git history gets the same names: pushes from Xodia are committed under the person who pushed. GitHub sign-ins use GitHub's private noreply address, so a public repo never shows a private email, and edits by your AI get an AI co-author line too.

Settings, Activity: a save by Maya Chen with Sam Lee marked as the current version, a save by AI for Ana Ruiz with Restore, a deploy to Vercel, an environment variable added and a push made on GitHub, with filters for person, branch, author and kind of change.

Audit log

Every plan

A record of your workspace for owners and admins

Organization settings has an audit log of who signed in and what changed in the workspace, on every plan.

  • Sign-ins with their method, city and country, and failed sign-ins marked so they stand out
  • Invitations, members joining and leaving, role changes, plan, seats and payment method, connections and tokens, projects created and deleted, and workspace settings
  • Kept for 90 days. Filter by person and action, and export up to 10,000 rows as CSV
  • No IP addresses, passwords or tokens are stored

Organization settings, Audit log: workspace events newest first with Export CSV, filters for person and action, a GitHub sign-in from Lisbon, a failed sign-in marked in amber, an invitation, a role change and a plan change, and the note that no IP addresses, passwords or tokens are stored.

Works with how your team works

Safe to share the editor

Working together builds on the parts that already keep your site safe.

  • Saved as you go, pushed when ready

    Every plan

Edits are saved in Xodia and stay off the branch until someone pushes them. See autosave and Push to Git.

  • Undo for every edit

    Every plan

Undo and redo cover every edit on the canvas and in the design panel. See the visual editor.

  • Roles and permissions

    Pro and up

Choose who may create and delete projects, publish to live and invite people. See security and roles.

  • Branches and pull requests

    Starter and up

Each person or task can work on its own branch and open a pull request. See branches.

Questions

Collaboration questions

Can two people edit the same element at once?

Yes. The second person sees a note that someone is editing that element, but nothing is locked. Edits are not merged as you type: the next push includes both people's changes as they stand, and names everyone whose edits went into it.

Do teammates on other branches show up?

No. The team view shows only the people on the same site and branch as you. Site activity lists changes on every branch.

Which plans include the team view?

It needs a second person in the workspace, so it starts on Starter; Free has one seat. See the plan comparison.

How long is activity kept?

Free and Starter keep 30 days of site activity, and Pro and Agency keep all of it. The workspace audit log keeps 90 days on every plan.

Who can see the audit log?

Workspace owners and admins. Members see a note that only owners and admins can open it.
