Xodia Forms: every message from your site, in one inbox

Select a form on the canvas and turn on Send to Xodia Forms. Messages from your visitors reach your team by email and wait in the Content tab, checked for spam, on any host.

Free plan. No card needed.

Xodia's Content tab on the Forms group: All forms with 8 messages from a bakery's Contact, Class booking and Newsletter forms, unread ones marked, with search, a form picker, dates, Inbox, Unread and Spam, Export CSV and this month's submissions against the plan.

Connect a form

One switch in the Settings panel

Select any form on the canvas, open Settings and turn on Send to Xodia Forms. Xodia writes the form's address and a hidden spam trap into your code, as an edit you review and save.

  • Xodia keeps your form's named fields, such as name, email and message
  • Choose who gets emails: members of your workspace, or any address once its owner confirms it by a click. Replies go straight to the visitor
  • After a visitor sends it, show a message in place of the form or go to a page such as /thanks, with your own success and error text
  • A form inside a component connects once, for every copy of it
  • Add a form from the Add panel and Xodia offers to turn on Send to Xodia Forms straight away

How it works: Connect a form.

A contact form selected on the Xodia canvas, with Send to Xodia Forms turned on in the design panel: this month's submissions and See messages, the form's name, two members and an address waiting for confirmation who get emails, an email for each message, Show a message after sending with the success and error text, the fields Xodia keeps, and the form's address and method set by Xodia Forms.

Messages

Read, sort and export in the Content tab

Forms sit in the Content tab beside your collections, each with its unread count. Open one form and its own fields become the columns.

  • Search, filter by form and day, and switch to Unread or Spam
  • Tick messages to mark them read, unread or spam, or delete them
  • Open a message to see every field, the page it came from and when, with Reply by email when it has an address
  • Export CSV downloads what the list shows, with one column for each field

Xodia's Content tab on the Contact form's messages, with two ticked for Mark read, Mark unread, Spam and Delete; its columns are the form's own fields: name, email and message; 5 messages.

Spam checks

Spam stays out of your inbox and your count

Each message is checked as it arrives. Spam is set apart in the Spam view with the reasons it was caught, and no email goes out for it.

  • A hidden trap field, and a check for forms sent too fast for a person
  • Limits per visitor, and checks for too many links or a repeated message
  • Spam doesn't count toward your monthly submissions, and it is kept for 7 days

A message Xodia Forms marked as spam, open in the Content tab: the note says no email was sent, because it was sent too fast for a person and had too many links, with Not spam and Delete.

Bot check and webhooks

Keep bots out, and send messages to your other apps

Further down the same Form section, Bot check makes sure a person sent the form, and Webhooks pass each message on to a CRM, a spreadsheet or your own app as it comes in.

  • Bot check runs before a message is sent, usually with no puzzle to solve. It is on for new forms on paid plans, and you can turn it on for Free. Spam filters run either way
  • Each webhook gets the message as JSON, signed so your app can check it came from Xodia
  • Send test, switch a webhook off and on, see whether its last send worked, or remove it
  • Webhooks for the whole workspace: 1 on Free, 3 on Starter and no set limit on Pro and Agency

How it works: Bot check and webhooks.

The contact form's Form section in the design panel, scrolled down: the fields Xodia keeps, Bot check turned on under Spam, and under Webhooks one address whose last send worked, with Send test and Remove, and a field to add another.

Built for real sites

Works where your site lives

Your site posts to one Xodia address, so the same form works on every host and every plan.

  • Any host

Xodia hosting, on xodia.site or your custom domain, Vercel, Netlify or Cloudflare. Forms only accept messages from your own site's addresses, so nobody can use them elsewhere.

  • With or without JavaScript

A small helper sends the form and shows your message in place. Without JavaScript, the form posts as usual and the visitor comes back to your page.

  • Monthly submissions per plan

50 a month on Free, 500 on Starter, 2,500 on Pro and 10,000 on Agency, for the whole workspace. Owners get an email as you near it; past it, messages are still kept but emails pause. Compare plans.

  • Your visitors' data, handled with care

Messages are kept for 30 days on Free, 1 year on Starter and 2 years on Pro and Agency. Xodia never stores raw IP addresses, and forms can't collect passwords or card numbers. See the privacy policy.

From day one

Messages your way, forms that work from the start

Pick how often your team hears about new messages, start from a template whose form already works, or let your AI do the setup.

  • Each message or a daily digest

Under Notifications, choose Each message for an email as it comes in, or Daily digest for one email a day with the previous day's messages. Very busy workspaces switch to the digest on their own for the rest of the month.

  • Templates with working forms

Fernbook, Northwind, Atelier Nine, Rye and Ember, Mara Lind and Stillwater Physio connect their contact form to Xodia Forms when you make a project from them, so messages reach you from the first day. See the templates.

  • Forms for your AI

Your AI can list your forms, connect one and read its messages, as a member of your workspace. Its links check warns about forms that send nowhere or open an email app instead.

Questions

Xodia Forms questions

Do I need a form service?

No. Xodia Forms receives the messages, checks them for spam, emails your team and keeps them in the Content tab, on every plan, Free included.

Will my visitors have to solve a puzzle?

Usually not. Bot check works in the background and only asks a visitor to tick a box when something looks off. Without JavaScript, the visitor sees a short check page and the message is sent after it.

Can messages go to my CRM or a spreadsheet?

Yes. Add a webhook to the form in the Settings panel, and each message that isn't spam is sent to that address as it comes in. Spam is never sent on.

Does it work on my host?

Yes. The form posts to one Xodia address, so it works the same on Xodia hosting, your custom domain, Vercel, Netlify and Cloudflare. It accepts messages only from your own site's addresses, which Xodia knows from its hosting and from the host you connect.
