A restore point is a saved state of a website you can go back to in one step if a later change goes wrong.

## What it is

Undo works for the last few actions; a restore point covers everything since. It records the files as they were at a moment, so a bad edit, a broken build or an unwanted AI change can be rolled back without picking through each file.

With git, every commit is a natural restore point: the history keeps each state, with who made it and when. Restoring doesn't erase history: it adds a new state that matches the old one, so you can change your mind again.

## In Xodia

In Xodia, every Push to Git is a commit and a restore point. Site activity in Project settings lists them, by people and by their AI, with Restore to bring the branch back to any of them.

Because restore points are git commits, the history is also in your repository, outside Xodia.
